Returns are only accepted for store credit or exchange.

All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your items.

Eligibility for returns include:

• Items in original packaging

• Items unworn/unused

• Proof of purchase

• Original tags still attached

To start the return process for an item, please contact info@alex-everafter.com where you will receive instructions on where to return items.

Any items sent back without a request for return will not be honored.

PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for ALL return shipping cost or any new shipping costs acquired.
